Utilities

 Payments

All utilities are billed and paid through City Hall.  Payments are due on the 10th of each month, and a 3% discount is available to customers who pay before the 10th.  If the bill is not paid by the 24th of the month, the City reserves the right to shut off any city-regulated utilities.

IESI Bulk Pick-Up

This service is available on Wednesday at your curbside location where you place your polycart. Please call on Tuesday before 4:00 PM before the pickup date. Please call IESI at 
(877) 592-5030.

Small items such as old toys, clothes etc. must be bagged.

Acceptable bulk items:

  1. 1.      Old furniture such as chairs, tables, couches, air conditioners, clothes washers, and dryers, dishwashers, stoves, stereos, televisions.
  2. 2.      Grass trimmings, leaves and debris must be BAGGED IN 30 GALLON BAGS OR SMALLER.
  3. 3.      Tree limbs, BUNDLED in lengths of 48 inches or less not heavier than 50 lbs. each.
  4. 4.      Boxes and other packing.

UNACCEPTABLE BULK ITEMS:

Anything that contains gaseous refrigerants such as refrigerators, freezers, A/C units that contain Freon or other gaseous refrigerants. TO BE ABLE TO PICK THESE ITEMS UP THE FREON MUST BE REMOVED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL…..MUST BE TAGGED WITH THE NAME AND LICENSE # OF PROFESSIONAL THAT REMOVES FREON.

  1. 1.      Construction and demolition materials from home construction remodels.
  2. 2.      Items that contain heavy steel frames, scrap pipe, scrap rebar, auto parts, and other heavy steel pieces.
  3. 3.      Rock, dirt, cinderblocks, bricks, or concrete.
  4. 4.      Batteries
  5. 5.      Liquid waste
  6. 6.      Regulated medical waste
  7. 7.      Asbestos waste
  8. 8.      Radioactive waste

The volume to be collected per customer will be limited to a total of (3) cubic yards that is similar to a box 4.5ft. X 4.5ft X 4ft. high. Bag limit 15 to 20.

When you call for bulk pickup, be prepared to provide your name, phone number, and physical address for your residence, an accurate description of what is to be collected and where it will be on your property.

EVERYTHING MUST BE MANAGEABLE-SUCH AS BOXED-BAGGED-STACKED, NOTHING JUST THROWN IN A HEAP
